| Outline of Research at the Start |
本研究は『大学生のキャリア能力育成を目指したルーブリックの開発』と題し、ルーブリックを開発する。研究は、大学における学びとキャリア能力の育成に関する既存研究の理論を大学教育として学生に還元するものとなる。研究方法として3段階の過程を経る。まず、第1段階として、既存研究の理論より尺度をつくり調査を実施する。第2段階として、キャリア能力を育成できていると判断できる学生から特徴的な因子を抽出し分析する。第3段階として、その因子を分類し、学生評価の詳細な筆記基準、すなわちルーブリックに落とし込む。

| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
As study results, we generated four academic papers, one proceedings paper, nine conference presentations, and one international conference presentation.
As for the evaluation of our research, we obtained a high evaluation at each conference for creating a career development competency scale based on a literature review. This ability scale was derived inductively by referring to various previous studies and was objectively evaluated as a new scale for career development education at Japanese universities. A series of empirical studies also recognized the scale as a useful instrument for university students.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
本研究で作成された能力尺度は、本申請課題のルーブリックの開発に該当するものであり、ここまでの一連の研究は、日本の大学において明示されたルーブリックが不在であるという教育上の課題に対し工学的なアプローチによって応答するものと位置づけられる。今後の研究としてこのルーブリックを用い、様々な集団に対し授業を研究フィールドとするなどの工夫によって実証研究を行うことが望まれる。
