Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は、第一に、「L・SとC・M研修」の目標/内容/方法/評価論を開発し、第二に、「L・SとC・M研修」を直接指導・間接指導(オンライン)を組み合わせて実施する。その際、直接訪問指導に加えて、間接指導・オンラインによる「L・S とC・M研修」も実施するが、新型コロナの影響もあり、それらの割合は慎重に対応する。第三に、現地で本研修を受講した各教師が、どのような目標・内容、方法論でC・Mを進めたのか、例えばSECIモデル論等をふまえながら量的・質的に検証する。最終的に第四では、これらの国際的な知見を活かし、我が国の教職研修カリキュラム・指導論の総合的な改善を図ることを研究全体の目的とする。

Outline of Annual Research Achievements

本国際科研は、国内の優れた教育実践を海外へ「輸出」して、その海外・対象国の教員研修(Teacher Education)成果を上げるとともに、更にはその「フィードバック(逆輸入)」により、我が国の教員研修のブラッシュアップを図ることを究極的な研究目標としている。その研究成果については、以下の著作の中で述べている。
Tetsuo Kuramoto. School-Based Curriculum Management -Teacher Education and Lesson Study Perspective-, Fukuro publishing, pp.1-233, 2024年2月 ISBN9784861869044
本著で論じた本科研に関するポイントは以下の通りである。Chapter 1  School-Based Curriculum Management in the United Statesにおいて、この概念は学習指導要領が論じる「カリキュラム・マネジメント」で終始せず、国際的に解釈すべき学的概念であることを論じた。Chapter 2 From the Perspective of Knowledge Leadershipにおいて、海外で教員研修を実施する際、「学校を基盤とするカリキュラムマネジメント」は、ナレッジ・リーダーシップ論で説明できるとした。最終的にFinal Chapter Lesson Study and School-Based Curriculum Management and Action Research for Teacher Educationで総括した知見を活用し、カンボジア教育省において、教員研修(博士院生修士院生、約110名)を対象に実施してデータを取集した。

2: Research has progressed on the whole more than it was originally planned.

Reason

2024年3月に以下の教員研修(カンボジア教育省直轄のNational Institute of education)を実施して、その研究効果(自由記述データ)を収集した。それを分析して学会発表予定(24年7月@カリキュラム学会)である。

NIEにおいて集中講義を実施した。その内容は以下の通りである。1時間目:lesson study & curriculum management(担当:倉本哲男), 2時間目:ICT education(担当:磯部征尊), 3時間目:leadership & school management, 4時間目:EdD&PhD training(担当:倉本哲男)。これに加え、カザフスタン(教育省直轄The Center of Excellence)では、オンラインによる教員研修(招待講演The Lesson Study in Japan-Curriculum Study Perspective・対象は約300人)を実施した。
以上により、School-Based Curriculum Management論をベースにして教員研修を開発・実施して、その効果検証をする本科研の目的はほぼ達成できたと考える。次は、別件の海外連携科研をふまえ、更なる発展を図りたい。

Strategy for Future Research Activity

既述のTetsuo Kuramoto. (2024) School-Based Curriculum Management -Teacher Education and Lesson Study Perspective-の著作は単著であったが、今後は科研メンバー全員(研究分担者・海外・国内協力者)で編著を出版予定である。その編集をもって本科研の総集編とする予定である。
海外からの寄稿は、香港、ベトナム、カザフスタン、USA、UK等であり、例えば、「Applying Variation Theory for Instructional Design: Learning Study in Hong Kong」「Empowering Learners/ Cultivating Autonomy in Japanese University English Education」等がある。
一方、国内研究者の寄稿論文は、「Strategizing and Developing Lesson Study through Systems Thinking Using the Curriculum Management Model」「A Study on the Future of Lesson Study in Japan -Through a Lesson Study Using "Seating Chart"-」「Analysis of the School Improvement Process within the Framework of Curriculum Management」等であり(国内外計15名の論文寄稿)、本科研の十分な研究総括ができるものと期待できる。
