Outline of Research at the Start	本課題は、スウェーデンにおける公費支援型私立学校に着目し、この制度がイングランドに輸出され、その後国連の「万人のための教育(Education For All)」でグローバルモデルになる過程を国際共同研究によって分析する。国際事象がグローバル事象になるとき、「政策移転」はその特質をどのように変容するのかを分析することで、政策移転論の理論的・方法論的課題に挑む。
