Outline of Research at the Start

本国際共同研究の目的は、ノルウェーの営利企業立の保育園の保育専門職に求められる資質の特徴を明らかにし、従来のノルウェーの保育専門職のあり方との違いを描き出すことである。近年、保育・幼児教育の市場化・私事化がグローバルに進展している。ノルウェーでは近年、営利企業立の保育園が存在感を増しており、「福祉国家で儲ける者」として様々な議論を呼んでいる。本研究は、営利企業立園の保育専門職に求められる資質に注目し、市場化による「ホリスティック型」の保育と保育専門職の変容を明らかにする。このことを通して、グローバルに市場化が進む保育領域における専門職性の議論に貢献する。
