Outline of Research at the Start	患者数増加が社会問題となっている前立腺癌の中でも予後の悪い転移性去勢抵抗性前立腺癌を対象とし、診断および治療の新たな選択肢となるナノ粒子の開発を試みる。酸化鉄を含むナノ粒子が交流磁場下に発熱する特徴を活かし、温熱療法を行うことに加え、抗癌剤および光増感剤の内包を行うことで化学療法・光線力学療法の上乗せ効果による癌治療の向上を試みる。温熱療法・光線力学療法・化学療法の複合的癌治療の確立に加え、癌特異的な抗体と核標識物質を結合することで微小転移巣の検出および転移巣に集積した磁性ナノ粒子による複合的癌治療の確立を試みる。
