Outline of Research at the Start	成人T細胞白血病 (ATL: Adult T cell leukemia) は、ヒトT細胞白血病ウイルス (HTLV-1: Human T-cell Leukemia Virus type 1) の感染により発症する難治性のT細胞悪性腫瘍であるが、一部症例では骨髄球系細胞の特徴を有するケースがある。本研究ではT細胞がどのようにして異なる細胞分画の特徴を持つようになったのか手法開発も含めて1細胞レベルで解析を行い、そのメカニズム解明を目指す。
