Research Abstract |
The purpose of our study is development of a wearable telepresence system which can display personal properties and presence. To achieve the purpose, a novel 20-DOF miniature humanoid has been developed. Its shape resembles that of a human. In addition, its arm has ability to move at proper speed to reproduce human motions. Furthermore, a proper control method with external sensors is introduced to a wire driven arm.
