Research Abstract |
It is found that elementary school teachers have various needs in-service training and professional development for teaching physical education. We developed the in-service training program that physical education coordinators organized on-job training within their schools in order to communicate and share information about teaching physical education. Also teachers who researched teaching physical education wanted to get chances of in-service training program out of schools. So we developed the in-service training program that physical education coordinators took part in professional development for teaching physical education out of schools.
