| Research Abstract |
The aim of this research is to order and analyze the legislation governing to prevent abuses, through an approach by comparison between the foreign countries and the interdisciplinary fields.
This research has characteristics of synthetic viewpoints, concerning the cause which is not only personal but also due to the changes in family structure.
Finally, this research suggests a remedy for the legislation governing to prevent abuses.
