| Research Abstract |
This research aims to construct the database for regional medical plan and to estimate medical expenditure, by making use of the government statistics such as Patient Survey, Survey of Medical Institution、DPC survey data, and medical claim data. We analyze the regional inequality in health resources such as the number of medical doctors, medical institutions, hospital beds and patients.
This research also investigates the possibility of evaluating the process of providing health care, using the DPC survey data since DPC survey date include the detail information on the medical process.
