| Research Abstract |
Through an action research at the Miyazaki University Hospital, we built a theoretical model of the next-generation of medical knowledge management that uses electronic clinical pathways in order to explain how medical professionals share and create knowledge and made a practical guideline to contribute high-quality and safe medical services. Also, we found that information sharing at the bedside is important for medical knowledge management based on improved electronic clinical pathways.
