Research Abstract |
In this study, we systemized theories and algorithms for monocular stereo using active iris that can switch viewpoints at high speed. Based on these algorithms, we developed a prototype system that consists of a high-speed active iris mechanism and a high-frame rate vision system, and showed its effectiveness by verifying several 3D measurement results for high-speed moving objects at a frame rate of 1000 fps
