Research Abstract

In order to observe in situ the proton transfer in the hydration reaction of ADP ribose pyrophosphatase of the Ndx family, we have shown the possibility of time-resolved neutron diffraction experiment using a neutron diffractometer of Ibaraki prefecture beamline at J-PARC, Tokai, Japan.
