Research Abstract |
Large-scale synthetic method for multi-bridged peptides was investigated to overcome their synthetic difficulties. By introducing reverse-micelle reaction field, condensation reactions and selective intramolecular bridge-formations took place efficiently to achieve the chemical synthetic method of the peptides with high-purity, high-yield, and ease of handling.
