Research Abstract |
Cardiovascular hormones control cytoskeletal structure in vascular smooth muscle cells and regulate vascular tonus. The present study revealed the regulation of cell-metabolism by cardiovascular hormones via modulation of intracellular organelles. The findings suggest comprehensive application of vascular hormones from the metabolic syndrome to cardiovascular diseases.
