Research Abstract |
In the study of lung allograft using miniature swine as preclinical model, an adoptive transfer of ex vivo donor alloantigen-stimulated CD4^+CD25^+FoxP3^+Tregs combined with low dose tacrolimus ameliorates rejection of immunogenic lung transplantation and prolonged lung allograft survival in clinically relevant miniature swine.
