Research Abstract |
Our data showed that TNFRSFIOALOC389641 on chromosome 8p21 and RESTC4orf14POLR2BIGFBP7 on chromosome 4q12 are new susceptibility loci for exudative AMD in the Japanese population. Futher functional studies are neccesary to clarify the mechanisms of these loci on the susceptibility to exudative AMD
