Research Abstract |
We focused on Adenosine Receptor that has been reported as a trigger of Polymorphonuclear Leukocyte(PMN) activation on the scene of inflammation, especially for A3 subtype(A3ADR) that works as a negative feedback for PMN activation. Through measuring A3ADR expression on PMN for the patients with systemic inflammatory response syndrome(SIRS), we tried to evaluate the possibility of A3ADR as a target of SIRS and Acute Lung Injury(ALI).
