Research Abstract |
We analyzed Ni allergy symptoms in the mouse model which we produced. The major populations of infiltrated immune cells around the allergic region in skin were CD3 positive cells(T cells) and CD11c/ MHC classII positive cells(dendritic cells). p38/ MKK6 pathway in dendritic cells was activated by Ni stimulation both in vivo and in vitro.
