Managing business risk is an important managerial decision making. Companies need to find the risk in early stage, solve the issue before it gets serious problem in order to prevent it to become serious damage on the company's reputation and sustainability.
This study analyzed the risk management with case study, network analysis, and scenario analysis (situational judgement test).
