Research Abstract

It was significantly demonstrated that a mouth-guard had effect on progress of physical performance in isometric and isotonic muscle action。 Since Strong correlation between digastrics muscle action and each agonist action appeared in back strength measuring、 bench press and leg press motion、 a mouth-guard can evidently improve the muscle action by fixation of mandible bone。
