Research Abstract

The aim of this study was to examine the factor to cause the child's vegetable preference by sensitive differentiation method(SDM), to examine the effects of the nutrition education program based on their food preference. The study showed that the child's hated reasons for vegetable was provided by the texture and the cooking form. Moreover, it was suggested that the nutrition education based on their characteristics of food preference was effective to promote vegetable consumption for children
