Research Abstract |
Polyhydroxyalkanoate(PHA) is an important bacterial polyester that is degradable in environment. For establishment of a design and synthetic system of a novel PHA from aromatic components of biomass, crystal structures of PHA depolymerase and phenylacetic acid degradation protein PaaG were determined.
