Research Abstract |
In this work, we generated T-DNA insertional lines of Micro-Tom with Agrobacterium. Phenotypic analyses of the tomato plants with T-DNA insertions were performed under several different photoperiodic conditions. Molecular genetic analysis was also done to estimate numbers of genes required for visible phenotypes found in the Micro-Tom mutants.
