Research Abstract |
We investigated women physicians(N=1694 ; response rate 83%) who graduated from 14 private medical schools in Japan. Factors which would influence on the continuation of work for women physicians include gender role expectation suggested by previous studies, gender difference in working opportunity in medicine, board of physicians and Medical Science of Doctor.
