Research Abstract |
This study explores how African American characters appearing in English and American plays are behaving themselves, how African and African American playwrights in England and the United States, examining their African elements in their differences and similarities. Influences remaining in the plays and playwrights are deeply embedded in their theater, so they are closely examined through literature, history, slavery, music from and theater develops through the course of the history from the 19th century through the 21st century.
