Research Abstract |
The current study has shown that functional accounts on Japanese null objects and scrambling can be derived from deeper grammatical principles and the interaction with extralinguistic knowledge. It has also developed itself into the next important research topic about quantificational use of zero pronouns from the East Asian perspective.
