Research Abstract |
This project created an online system for students to take quizzes on their English extensive reading and then evaluated the effectiveness of the system. Students using the system amass a total word count towards their reading target and collect a bookcover "stamp" for their collection on their individual home page. This online checking system allows extensive reading to be introduced in schools where it was thus far unfeasible.
