Research Abstract |
The present study is a research of "Norikura"(a special official granary which provided relief to poor people in times of famine, festivals an so on.) by archaeological method. In conclusion, it was clarified that "Norikura" was built by the ancient nation for the purpose of displaying it's state power and ruling the provinces of Japan after 8th century.
