Research Abstract

In this project I tried to make clear the meaning and function ofsome procedural principles such as party presentation, inquisitorial system and fair hearing etc comparing the function in civil procedure to non-contentious jurisdiction.The research was especially dedicated to consider to the right and role of the parties in non-contentious jurisdiction
