Research Abstract |
We succeed in verifying the PB-C+D model by using objective aggregate data from polling stations instead of survey data. We created an index based on the Nash Social Welfare Function and conducted a factor analysis of the one man-one vote problem using Japanese time series data and international data. By using this index, we also obtained a desirable apportionment result.
