Research Abstract |
We have made an international comparison study of Japan, China, Korea, UK, and USA. In Japan we find that Automobile makers have been making their dealerships subsidiaries. In China dealership groups and dealer malls have increased. China holds first place in these points. In Korea while franchise system has developed among import car dealerships, domestic makers maintain direct sales system. In UK huge dealership group have attempted to go into oversea du to the block exemptions. In USA the number of the dealerships have decreased drastically after global financial crises.
