Research Abstract |
I examined personnel administration at Nissan Automobile Industry in early post war era. My findings are two. First, it was under Dodge line that the company excluded female workers from labor process. Secondly, in 1948 Nissan labor Union made a decision that temporal workers were not its members. These are very important but tacit points on making Japanese management style historically.
