Research Abstract

This study focuses on Japan's new policy, Economic Partnership Agreement(EPA), under which Japanese nursing homes can hire nursing care workers from Indonesia and the Philippines. Face-to-face interviews were conducted to collect qualitative data from nursing homes that hired foreign nursing care worker candidates. Results were summarized and published as an edited book entitled "Case Studies on Nursing Homes that Hired Nursing Care Worker Candidates Based on EPA."
