Research Abstract |
We aimed to propose how to promote Kaigo-Fukushishi job retention. We had sought the promoting factors in their life course episodes, and analyzed the promoting factors along their life course. As a result, we supposed that the episodes relevant to "readiness for Kaigo-Fukushishi","social support from friends","relationship among care workers","work environment" and "relationship with care recipient and their relatives" promoted job retention.
