Research Abstract |
Career decision making of university students is mainly affected by personality aspect such as interesting or value. But if they respect to the aspect only, they tend not to explore their career well and to be undecided. They tend not to change their criterion through their job-hunting activities, so it's important to orient their plan, thought, or exploration behavior before the activities.
