Research Abstract |
Life-long career of Japanese teacher is quite simple. There has been only one truck, called"managerial career model", which shows that a principal is a final job and goal at school for teachers of around late forties or fifties. Research aims are to build up new professional careers in teacher's life. The study proposed multiple career models in teacher's life long career in addition to"managerial career truck". That is called"professiona career truck". This study proposed new career developing curriculum for those purposes.
