Research Abstract |
The teacher education system in Germany is extensively changing in European higher education system reform based on"Bologna Process". All teacher candidates, without regard to school type, must complete the bachelor and master course in university and probation in a school for more than one year. In this reform,"the standard of teacher competence"for each stage of teacher education has made in all states in Germany. Each University and teacher probation institute has used each standard. But it is necessary for more time to examine its effects.
