Research Abstract |
I n order t o develop new social studies teaching materials that high school students can use to properly understand the history of Japanese immigrants and Japanese Americans, I brought to light pictures of Japanese town s and cemeteries in Hawaii and the U. S. W est C oast, Japanese n ewspaper s published in those place, and reminiscence s written by Japanese immigrants and Japanese Americans.
