Research Abstract |
Hen egg white lysozyme was modified at specific position with diarylethene and it was shown that the enzymatic kinetics were modulated reversibly according to photochromism of diarylethene moiety. Fluorescence switching systems in response to enzyme activity were designed. It was also studied structure-activity relationship and reaction dynamics.
