Research Abstract |
Optogalvanic spectra of oxygen and nitrogen atom in steel or Fe reference material were tried to observe using Grimm-style glow discharge tube and Ti : sapphire laser or external cavity diode laser. By making a cylindrical hole in the sample cathode, optogalvanic peaks at O(I)844. 6nm and N(I)821. 6nm were observed.
