Research Abstract |
To extend the measurable temperature range of the LHD Thomson scattering system(50eV-10keV→5eV-30keV) and to search for electron temperature anisotropy of high temperature fusion plasmas, we have improved the LHD Thomson scattering system by using a multipath laser configuration. In this study, we have developed a high-power 1.5J/50 Hz YAG laser. And, a multipath laser system has been installed on the GAMMA10 Thomson scattering system.
