Research Abstract |
I focused on the proteomic analysis of epidermal proteins because of developing a new clinical examination technique to evaluate a nutrition status. I investigated the change in epidermal proteins in rats fed diets with different protein quality and quantity(casein diet, gluten diet and protein-free diet) using 2-two-dimensional electrophoresis(2-DE). This 2-DE result showed that 21 types of proteins underwent a change by the diets with low protein quality containing Ras-related protein Rab-6A, NADH dehydrogenase, α-enolase.
