Research Abstract |
In this research, we built the theoretical framework for solving the following problems, using the concept of"career cycle"and"life cycle". 1) New entry to agriculture and elderly people's return to farming, 2) Business deployment in agriculture, 3) Rural women's activity, etc. Furthermore, we also examined the supporting system to a farmer's career development.
