Research Abstract |
Cyclin D1 induces the expression of Dnmt1, Dnmt3a and Dnmt3b, and increases methylation in the promoter region of Musashi1.These results demonstrate that Cyclin D1 may play an important role in tumorigenesis of breast stem cells by epigenetically affecting Notch1 signaling through Musashi1.
