Research Abstract

We have found the differences in activation status between Id2-/-and Id3-/-B cells. To identify the molecular mechanism to explain the phenotypic difference observed in these mice, we performed the DNA array experiments using mRNA probes from Id2-/-or Id3-/-B cells. Drastic changes in gene expressions were observed between them. To elucidate the functional differences of Id2 and Id3 to modulate B cell activation program require more complicated analysis
