Research Abstract |
The developmental process of Myeloid derived suppressor cells(MDSCs) remains unknown. In IL-17A or IL-17F knockout mice, MDSCs were induced at similar frequency as wild type mice. Taking into account the previous report showing that IL-17 receptor signaling is necessary for MDSCs induction, these results suggest that IL-17A and IL-17F are functionally redundant in MDSCs induction.
