Research Abstract

To analyze the mechanism of rapid and robust antibody production from memory B cells, we identified a subset of B cells from immunized mice, which induced antigen-induced signaling. We generated proteinaceous calcium rpobe, Cameleon,-expressing mice in which calcium signaling of B cells can be monitored.
