Research Abstract |
It is a universal rule that a medical practitioner cannot escape criminal punishment at a fatal medical accident, even if there is a difference of a grade. We should not handle a medical practice-associated death as a judicial autopsy, and should handle it as a model project for investigation and analysis of medical practice associated deaths using the municipal medical association as China, in order to control a medical practitioner's criminal punishment. Mortality statistics clarified 819 medical practice-associated deaths in 2010, in Japan increasingly, but they were seldom autopsied as forensic autopsies.
