Research Abstract |
Platelet aggregometer based on the optical density method can be measured up to 4 tests, which is induced by ADP or arachidonic acid. The new automated device can be measured up to 24 tests induced by the agonists. The new device have results under lower efforts, lower costs and small sample volume than the optical density method.
